Customer Support Executive
Location: Bangalore
Type: Full-time
Shift: 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound loan inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information about loan products
- Follow up with leads and close inquiries
- Document calls and maintain CRM data
- Achieve daily/monthly targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with fintech/lending products
- Basic English and Kannada fluency
Field Verification Associate
Location: Bangalore (Field-based)
Type: Full-time
Shift: Mon - Sat, 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations for document verification
- Conduct two-wheeler physical inspection
- Verify RC books and insurance papers
- Take photos and prepare inspection reports
- Coordinate with office team
Requirements:
- Valid bike/scooter license
- 1-2 years field experience (fintech/lending)
- Own two-wheeler for mobility
- Detail-oriented and honest
